Boy meets Synergy...so far

Mr. V is a middle school history teacher who's job description is much more than teaching History.  He teaches his students to ask questions and analyze why things happen rather than just accept them.  This concept he lives by transcends the classroom, but seeps into how he wants to live his life.

Before embarking on his 12-week synergy plan, Mr. V found he would be fatigued with simple daily activities such as going up 6 flights of stairs to his apartment, or playing  basketball, soccer, and football with his students. Who is in your flock?

Sometimes we create unhealthy habits based on our social environment. What is popular or the status quo can pressure us to make unhealthy decisions such as social drinking, partying, and eating out.However, there are circumstances that we have no control of such as how we grow up or what our social class is, and how it influences our habits.
